Crunchy Buffalo Wrap Recipe

 

This wrap can be made with a variety of protein options. In this case I chose chicken and portebello options, but feel free to use whichever matches your dietary lifestyle. The slaw within the wrap creates an amazing crunch and flavor profile.

Ingredients used:

  • Chicken Tenderloins
  • Portebello mushrooms
  • Broccoli Slaw (bagged)
  • Blue Cheese crumbles

Sauce:

  • Sweet Baby Rays Buffalo sauce
  • Chili Powder
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Garlic Powder
  • Black Pepper

Slaw Dressing:

  • Mayonnaise (whichever brand works for you)
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • Pink Sea Salt
